Management is more than processes, procedures, and efficiencies. The understanding that people are the cornerstone of any organization, is fundamental towards unlocking the fullest potential of any business. I have a belief in the inherent potential each of us possess and given the right opportunity, guidance, or encouragement can lead to astounding results.

I have decided to take everything I have learned over the past 15 years, and share it with those willing to listen. I have been blessed over the years with many opportunities and mentors that have departed a wealth of knowledge upon me.

It is my hopes that this will broaden perspectives, inspire action, and most importantly give back what has been given to me.
